What is free
The public catalogue and a venue’s participation do not require a plan purchase. During the free launch, representatives may use features actually available in the interface after authority verification. Naming a future feature in the menu does not mean it works.
Duration and conditions
No common end date for the free launch has been set. If a separate trial activation is available in the account, its conditions are shown before confirmation. Trial duration and verified venue-management authority are different conditions.
Access concerns the selected venue and the user’s permissions, not automatically all team venues. The free launch may end. If its conditions change or an end date is set, we announce on the website what changes and from when. Enhanced features are not promised free forever.
Information accuracy
Free access does not permit listing unavailable services or inaccurate skating times. After review, the service may withdraw specific information or review further changes before publication. These rules apply regardless of the plan. Representatives can see the reason and dates in their management area and provide an explanation or request reassessment. A complaint alone does not impose a restriction.
You can remove an inaccurate service or cancel skating immediately, without waiting for review. Lifting a restriction does not restore disputed information automatically.
No automatic payments
Free access requires no card, does not become a paid subscription, create debt or authorise future charges. Paid services require separate terms and an explicit user action.
What remains
Ending free access does not erase a real venue listing, factual information, management history or previously published materials merely because no paid plan exists. Enhanced features may become unavailable. Management authority validity is checked separately. Free access ending does not itself transfer management to another team.
Inviting colleagues and assigning permissions are basic team tools. Do not share your password. Invite each person individually and grant necessary permissions. Rule breaches, lost authority or security risks may result in restrictions.
