On Накаток.by, trial access to the Official plan is provided for three calendar months. If payment for the plan is still unavailable when that period ends, you can continue using it free of charge. You will receive a notice in the team dashboard at least 30 days before free access ends. Planned features will become available as they are implemented. A paid subscription to the plan will be offered only once all its advertised features are implemented and payments are enabled.

Each higher plan includes all the features of the plan below it. A paid subscription to each plan will become available once all its advertised features are implemented and payments are enabled in your country. Moving from free access to a paid subscription requires your separate confirmation.

After payments launch
How subscriptions will work
Before purchasing, you will see the subscription price, duration and payment terms. A paid subscription will not start without your separate confirmation.

An explicit choice
Before purchase, you will see the price, features and terms. Ending free access will not start a subscription, charge you or create a debt.

One venue per subscription
A team can manage several places, but one purchase will not cover the entire network.

City-based prices
The grid shows proposed city categories. Your venue’s exact price will be shown before purchase. It is not recalculated daily using exchange rates.

Price protection for your start year plus three full years
Your agreed full price will not increase through the end of the paid activation year and the next three full calendar years. Starting in 2027 protects your price through December 31, 2030. Using the plan free of charge does not start this period.

Annual prices change only on January 1
The general price list may be revised no more than once per calendar year and remains fixed for that year. After your protection expires, any increase requires at least three months notice. Your prepaid period will not change.

A higher price needs your consent
The notice will show the old price, new price and first affected renewal. Accept it or turn off renewal at the end of your paid period. Without a response, we will not charge the higher amount and your subscription will not renew after the paid period.

Changing plans starts new protection
A voluntary move to another plan uses the price list available at that time. Successful paid activation starts a new protection period. An annual price increase within the same plan does not restart it. You cannot return to an archived edition after switching plans.

Upgrade on any day
The unused paid part of your current period reduces the first payment for a higher plan. Credit uses the actual period length, not a fixed 30 days. The price, credit, total, dates and next renewal price will be shown before payment.

Credit applies once
Successful payment starts a new full period. Renewals use the agreed full price of the new plan, not a permanent discount. Further upgrades account for previous payments and adjustments. A failed payment leaves the old plan and available credit unchanged.

An upgrade example
A January 15–February 15 period costs 310 currency units. Upgrading on January 25 leaves 21 of 31 days, giving 210 in credit. If the new plan costs 620, the first payment is 410 and renewals are 620. This is an illustration, not a quoted plan price.

Downgrades start next period
A lower plan starts after the already-paid period ends. You can change your choice before it takes effect.

Your original monthly date
A January 31 start renews on February 28, or February 29 in a leap year, then March 31. February does not permanently move the renewal date.

You can stop automatic renewal
The paid period continues to its end. Disabling renewal prevents new automatic charges.

A failed payment creates no debt
A new paid period starts only after successful payment. If your subscription to a plan with additional features ends while your free access is still valid, you can use the Official plan for the remainder of that free period. Your venue listing and its factual information will remain.

Management authority must stay valid
New purchases and renewals pause when management verification expires. A season ending does not transfer control to another team.

Ending a plan does not erase data
Additional tools stop, but the listing and collected facts are not automatically deleted. An already approved shorter page address is retained.

Different kinds of notifications
The proposed limits of 10, 15 and 30 apply to notifications about news and events. Notices about rescheduled or cancelled sessions do not count towards these limits.

Trust is not for sale
Payment does not guarantee visitors, organic search priority or a user rating. Marker colour follows official participation and schedule freshness, not a purchase selection.
